Question by Sofie Tucker: Banking corporations that made “Liar Loans” to people on “stated income” are being bailed out by the Feds. Why
They didn’t even have to prove themselves to be credit worthy or able to repay. Why should we bail them out? We’re not bailing out the homeowners who got the loans. Neither should be bailed out, in my opinion.

It does not make sense for those bailouts to happen and as a result of that bill passing every politician in my state who supported it did not get my vote. They always put that type of stuff off on the tax payers………

Question by future: Banking reforms passed last year made banks “check credit ratings and verify salaries” before making loans?
Republicans have now promised to repeal those reforms.
Why would they do that if the fantasy that “Barney Frank forced the banks to make loans” were true?
And why would they be against a law requiring this?

The democrats are not all wrong all the time. I believe that some of the stuff they did is a good idea. I would have to research it in detail before making a line item call. In the big picture, it doesn’t matter what I or you say… Washington will do it’s own will.

Question by Scammed by Similar Company: Has anyone ACTUALLY made money in Network Marketing?
Besides the people who start their companies. Does anyone out there have REAL proof (not pie in the sky projections or bogus propoganda) of a Network Marketing company that has made money for more than the folks who started the company? If so, did the company comply with the law OR are all Network Marketing companies just pie in the sky building profits on the backs of those they try to sell on “The Dream”?

Yes.

I have both lost money and made money.

A lot of it has to do with the company and compensation plan.

A good paying plan makes a huge difference as well as whether or not they allow you to use automated systems and the Internet to leverage your time.

But I have found the most important thing of all is whether or not you use a system where interested people come to you
vs. hounding people and alienating your friends and families.

Most of my friends don’t even know I’m in network marketing, and right now I am the top earner in one of the companies I promote.

who made the banks give these bad loans seriously? I think the banks were at fault just as much because they knew they could make mucho $ $ $ $ $ off these “bad loans” and they kept doing it and really did not mind it.

Banks did not keep the loans. They sold them off to investors.
Banks perhaps would keep 1 to 3% of the loan amount.

Investors were HUNGRY to buy loans. The banks could not produce enough. Demand was so high that banks were barely checking the paperwork.
So… you also have to blame “greedy” wall street for all this mess

I dont think Lauren has but Audrina looks like she had some work done on her chin and nose=] And she has confirmed breast implants.

I preferably need a studen credit card (to build up my credit-seeing as how I do not have any line of credit). I just need to know which credit cards/student credit cards instantly approve/deny you or at least you find out some sort of answer within a few hours.

is much harder to get a decent credit card if you had no credit history, try student load easier way for you to build up credit.
