General rule used to be “if you will remain in house for at least 5 years and can lower interest by 2% , do i”t. I believe we each need to do the math for our individual situation. I lowered mine from 30 to 15 years and my monthly payment went up $ 50. I no longer have a mortgage. Do the math, and go from there. good luck and have a great day. p.s. don’t forget to figure in the closing costs and points.

Hello, I’ve been working with a telemarketing company in Asia for a few months and for your information I’m selling Insurance from the No.1 Insurance company(2011) and selling them to the largest International bank’s customer in the world so there are three companies exactly. The question is, how am I going to sell better because, in a week I can only make 2-3 sales considering the huge amount of insurance’s premium. However my senior can make between 5-6 sales every week with a very high premium. When I asked them how to do it, of course the tell me how to sell the best way however I still can’t sell properly and I really need the commission for my life expenses. Sometimes, when I tried to close a sale unfortunately the customer decline said “premium to high”, “will consider”, etc. So how it is exactly to make sales thru the phone. Man, I’m really broke and I need a lot of money to pay my college’s loan and I have to send money to my family, and I don’t even have enough food. I would like to hear your suggestions guy, my Team Leader said, “I Know you are working hard to give sales, just stay calm sooner or later you can catch up with everyone else”. I don’t know, am I having a bad luck?(I don’t believe thou). Even I pray everyday still God haven’t answer me(I’m hoping soon). Actually I love this job since there is no commission cap. However don’t lecture me about a good telemarketing, I know it very well and please give me some real answers and any advice for me. I know, most of the people hate telemarketer however, that’s only way for me to gain some life expenses. Please anybody give me some advice.

All of them are filled. eg 1-flexibility- surely penetration level is much more higher after that’s why our working hour is extended, 2-Tempting is even worst? Good verbal communcation skills are a must! Speak clearly & build a rapport with the person on the other end of the phone. Attitude is also important. You must enjoy speaking to the person, be confident, energetic and vibrant. Ask questions and take note of what the client is saying to you.

You really don’t understand how it works do you. Hundreds of staff read those bills and analyze them to death reporting to our congresspeople what’s in them. Not to mention the GAO, the CBO, special interests and hundreds of watchdog groups.

I have car insurance in case I get into something bigger than what I can pay for. Something big and unexpected. I don’t have it so that it pays for my gas, my oil changes, my car washes, my bumper stickers, my new radio, or the Christmas tree than hangs from my rear view window.

When something big, expensive, and unexpected happens, I still pay a small portion of it while the insurance company picks up the lions share.

Health care hasn’t worked this way for a very, very long time. When did it stop acting like actually insurance?

There is a house that we really like but it is old and has asbestos siding on it. Is this a major concern?? I know if you break them and create dust, it is very bad for your lungs. The house is selling at $ 99,900 but I think we could get him down to $ 85,000 considering the siding and the fact that the upstairs is cooled by window units. What do you think??

You seem to understand the dynamics of asbestos. Figure out how much it would cost to replace the siding (maybe down the road, if it deteriorates), and use that amount as a bargaining tool. You should get a good offer.

My fiancée went and it asked for her phone number. We do not buy or sell anything on here for money and have only interacted with one person today and all we did was help with quests. No trading was done. Other than that we have just been getting my Blood Elf to level 20. We both have account authenticators. Is this real or is it some kind of scam thing? We’re not sure what we would have done if it was real. Any info is appreciated.

I was checking my temporary internet files this morning and found a few things that I know I haven’t accessed. For example, there are a few files named “searchresultsSBS”, and when I click on it, it’ll show that I “searched” for someone named “amanda iori”, “web domain hosting”, among other things.

I only use Firefox and found no suspicious activity when I looked in the history. When I opened up my Internet Explorer, however, there were records of my “visiting” other sites that I know I did not visit. Most were visited when both my husband and I were not even home, or sometimes when I was on the net. I am currently using a wireless adapter to connect to a wireless router, which is located in another room.

Is it possible that someone is “sharing” our internet connection? If so, is it also possible that this person’s sites are being recorded onto my computer and therefore showing in my history folder and in my temp internet files??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If someone was sharing your internet connection (by connecting to your wireless network) their temporary internet files would not show up in the temporary internet files folder of your computer. You may have some variety of spyware installed on your machine running in the background. Try running a spyware scan with something like AdAware, Spybot Search and Destroy or Windows Defender.
