Question by Tai: Why do Asian men in South Korea(or maybe other countries too) get “chin and jaw reduction” plastic surgery?
I heard that one of the more popular plastic surgery procedures in Korean men other than eyelid surgery is chin and jaw reduction… why? I would think men would like having a more stronger, manlier jaw, wouldn’t they? Why do they want a feminine jaw if they are men?
this wasn’t meant to be offensive I just thought it was ironic since they are men I would think they want a manlier jaw but no they want a more feminine jaw. why? lol just curious

Question by Scammed by Similar Company: Has anyone ACTUALLY made money in Network Marketing?
Besides the people who start their companies. Does anyone out there have REAL proof (not pie in the sky projections or bogus propoganda) of a Network Marketing company that has made money for more than the folks who started the company? If so, did the company comply with the law OR are all Network Marketing companies just pie in the sky building profits on the backs of those they try to sell on “The Dream”?

Yes.
I have both lost money and made money.
A lot of it has to do with the company and compensation plan.
A good paying plan makes a huge difference as well as whether or not they allow you to use automated systems and the Internet to leverage your time.
But I have found the most important thing of all is whether or not you use a system where interested people come to you
vs. hounding people and alienating your friends and families.
Most of my friends don’t even know I’m in network marketing, and right now I am the top earner in one of the companies I promote.
Here’s a link to a site that has some good resources for automating the process (some of which are free):

Did you have this same issue after your first session? If not, I’d check with place were you had removal and talk to them and then go see a doctor.
I hope it’s only temporary and goes away after a few days.

Question by bubble: Is anybody getting telemarketing calls on their cell phone?
I always thought they’d only call your home number but apparently not. This morning my cell phone woke me up and it was the same “courtesy” call I’ve been getting on my home phone for like half a year now! Has anybody else been getting or has gotten any type of telemarketing calls on your cell phone before?
I only text occasionally and only to a few of my close friends, nobody or nothing else. What puzzles me is that it’s the same call I’ve been getting on my home phone. They’ve been calling for months and months now, about 3 calls a day.

Nope….but I think I know why…sometimes organizations(like the places you text after seeing a commercial) sell your # to telemarketers. And the only way I heard of for getting rid of that is paying for an extra service to block that. Or if it’s just 1 #, have your provider block the #.

Question by donna p.: Asbestos in old apartment?
When I rented an apartment recently, the landlord made me sign a doc that said, “The apartment may contain asbestos.”
If there IS asbestos in the unit, how much danger are we in? She said she has painted the walls several times over the years.
I don’t want lung cancer 5 years from now!!
Oh, she said it may also be on the ceiling.
I’d say it was built before the 1970s.

Approx none, unless she also hired you to remove the asbestos / demo the ceiling, etc.
Depending on your state, her doc. and not removing it may or may not be adequate.

Answer by VaTreasures
They look decent from their website. But I guess it can be deceiving. Your question does not make it clear what they were doing. Where they expecting you to sign before the appraisal was done? The appraisal is to protect the lender, so that should not bother you.

The money made from the sale of the house is not expected to cover the amount owed on the house.
They’re a pain because you have to get the bank’s approval, not just the seller’s. The bank is typically slow to approve.
